This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo has 2 Master Bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms; the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to its Full Bathroom. All on one level! Each bedroom has its thermostat (A/C), ceiling fan, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. High-Speed Wireless Internet is provided, and an Internet phone for toll-free calls to the US and Canada.
Luxury beachfront condo amenities include electric blinds on all windows, air conditioning, an elevator to your door, private covered parking, an in-unit Laundry Room, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a gas barbecue grill on the terrace. Weekly maid service included.
The sound system throughout the condo can play music from your smartphone.

This is a beautiful unit. We’ve stayed at Molino multiple times and this is our favorite unit to date. It’s wonderfully appointed and a perfect layout. Highly recommended!!

We were traveling with friends for New Years and Steve’s apt was amazing! We’ve stayed at many units in Molino de agua and this was one of the best!
We really enjoyed unit 906 at Molino
We've been going to PV for years and have always wanted to try staying at Molino de Aqua. Unit 906 was really great. The unit was extremely clean when we arrived, everything was set up perfectly. The pictures are very accurate. We really enjoyed the large balcony with two big day beds. The sound of the surf drowns out most of the other noise below. The furniture is nice and overall it is just a great condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful condo!
The condo is beautiful and extremely well-equipped. The property manager, Juan Carlos, is very helpful and well-organized. All staff members are friendly, helpful and efficient. It is a beachfront property with a gorgeous view. The entire complex is clean, secure and well maintained. We love it.
Gorgeous place to stay
This property is amazing. It is absolutely gorgeous and in the perfect location to explore all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The staff are all awesome and very helpful with anything you would ever need. There are so many places to eat within walking distance from the condo or just go grocery shopping and stay and play in the beautiful pool. We had a great time and would love to go back and stay longer. 6 nights just weren’t enough.
Simply Amazing! One of the nicest units we’ve stayed in at Molino!
We’ve been traveling to PV for the last 8 years or so and usually visit twice a year pretty regularly. We book at Molino almost every time. You can’t beat the location! Very safe and secure and the pool is easily one of the largest in Old Town, plus it’s heated and water is always around 85 - 90 degrees! The unit itself is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Overall the furnishings and decorations in this unit were stunning. Very comfy beds. The views on the 9th floor too.... So Beautiful, you must see for yourself! I can’t recommend this place enough... It’s amazing!

Great condo unit with great views and very nice accommodations
Wonderful Puerto Vallarta condo!
We stayed at Molino de Agua 906 for 12 days recently. The condo is wonderful - gorgeous views, extremely well-stocked, beautifully decorated. 906 is great because it is close enough to the bay to hear the waves, but does not get "malecon noise." Juan Carlos of Karel PV Management met us when we arrived to show us the condo and how to use things - he was helpful and well organized. The Molino de Agua complex is secure with friendly, helpful 24 hr guards. The grounds, including a fabulous pool, are beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for enjoying wonderful restaurants, shops and activities in the "El Centro" area of Puerto Vallarta - very convenient. My husband and I had such a great time that we have already booked 906 for next year!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in great location
The apartment was very beautiful, spacious and luxurious. We were single people traveling together and each having our own bedroom and bathroom was great. The master suite felt completely private and the bathroom very spacious, the bath ideal for soaking and taking in the magnificent views. The kitchen is a cook's dream and very well equipped. The balcony was a favorite place to relax and catch up on the day. The daybed was great for an afternoon nap. The laundry facilities were great and no shortage of any supplies. The towels and being is very luxurious. All in all we felt very spoilt and relaxed in a beautiful setting. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat! Fernando was very helpful and friendly.
